Building Information Modeling has focussed so far on the departments of architecture, structural design and building services engineering. A planned cooperative qualification project of the cluster now also deals explicitly with BIM in building physics planning.

Project objective “BIM @ building physics”

Building physics planners and energy performance calculators will implement BIM methods into their daily practice: tailored to their needs. They are accompanied by BIM experts. Each participating company will have at the end of the project a substantial and v.a. individual step further in the direction of “BIM-fit”.

Projektkonzeptionierung

At the workshop on 7.6.2019 the Bau.Energie.Umwelt Cluster Niederösterreich invites all interested building physicists and planners who are dealing with energy passport calculation to a project concept workshop.

Mr. Roussis and Mr. Kragl of the company Cadline International GmbH present the planned project contents. The aim is to adapt these to your requirements, to fix the project framework and thus to develop a basis for decision-making for participation in the project. With the support of the cluster, funding for the project costs is being sought by the state of Lower Austria. Corresponding framework conditions will be presented in the workshop.
